Engagement Survey

The Engagement Survey is a traditional approach to measuring employee engagement across the organization. This type of survey is especially helpful in identifying overall engagement trends and creating benchmarks to track nuances over time.

Engagement survey is done annually & the results are compared against the standards , which help the leadership realign their goals & strategies. Typically an employee engagement survey is implemented organization-wide, includes all employees, and occurs annually.

Survey on Engagedly Mobile

The survey module is now available on the Engagedly Mobile Applications in both Android and IOS platforms which helps the customers to respond to the surveys directly from the mobile application. The participants of the survey can now choose to respond via mobile application and also view the list of surveys assigned under the survey module.

LinkedIn Learning Integration

The objective of this project is to establish an integration between Engagedly LMS and LinkedIn Learning. This would enable Engagedly users to take courses from Engagedly and retrieve reports including the LinkedIn Learning courses.

Udemy Integration

The objective of this project is to establish an integration between Engagedly LMS and Udemy. This would enable Engagedly users to take courses from Engagedly and retrieve reports including the Udemy courses.

AMP for Feedback

The objective of the AMP Feedback project is to increase the user engagement/interaction with Engagedly Application directly in Email and also to perform actions with minimal clicks. Currently, this feature is been introduced for the Feedback Module in Web Application and Mobile Application.

Biz Library Integration

The objective of this project is to establish an integration between Engagedly LMS and Biz Library. This would enable Engagedly users to take courses from Engagedly and retrieve reports including the Biz Library courses.

Salesforce Integration

This project aims to establish an integration between the Engagedly Goals module and Salesforce. This would enable Engagedly users to connect their Goals to Salesforce data to update progress automatically.

Team Pulse

Team Pulse allows the Administration to monitor employee sentiments. With the different types of questions that can be asked, Admins will be able to collect detailed inputs on what’s working and what isn’t from their employees.

The Pulses also allows providing honest responses from their employees by assuring some questions are private and anonymous. The statistics from the weekly pulses will help the Admins and Managers to monitor and analyze the employee sentiments from our trends and graphical representations in the reports.
